(i) Seminar on Port Statistics (in Spanish): On behalf of the Vice Admiral Mr. Frank Boyle, Chairman of the National Port Authority of Peru (APN) and the Executive Board of the Inter-American Committee on Ports (CECIP) the CIP Secretariat is pleased to invite you to the "Seminar on Port Statistics" organized by the APN and the CIP of the OAS, to be held on November 29-30, 2012 in Lima, Peru.

(ii) The Third Work Session of the Executive Board of the CIP (CECIP) The Third work session of the CECIP will be held in person at the Organization of American States Headquarters in Washington DC on November 12 and 13, 2012.

(iii) The XII Ibero-American Course on Technology, Operations and Environmental Port Management is being held from Monday, October 15 to Friday, November 9 organized by Puertos del Estado de España and the CIP/OAS in Santander, Spain

(iv) CIP Magazine Volume 17: The CIP Magazine Volume 17 is in preparation and counts as hosts to the Venezuelan ports, through Bolivarian Ports S.A. Therefore, the edition will include information about the port system of Venezuela, its present and projected. The volume also includes information on ports across the continent.
